At MiSTer Addons, we stand by the quality of our FPGA hardware and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and include all original cables, components, and documentation.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
