What is the typical lead time for order processing?
Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom-built MiSTer kits may require an additional 24-48 hours for assembly and rigorous stress testing to ensure stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT incurred upon arrival in their destination country.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Because of the sensitive nature of FPGA hardware, returns must be packaged in anti-static bags to be eligible for a refund.
Are your MiSTer components pre-assembled?
We offer both individual DIY components and fully assembled 'Plug and Play' bundles. Please check the specific product description to see if soldering or assembly is required.

How do I update the firmware on my purchased hardware?
Most of our hardware is designed for use with the official MiSTer FPGA project. You can update your device using the 'update.sh' script included in the MiSTer software environment.
